Field Sales Executive

A Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting a minimum of 40 shops daily to promote and sell Paytm products to retailers and small businesses. The role includes demonstrating product features, explaining benefits, onboarding merchants, maintaining daily activity records, and achieving assigned sales targets. The salary structure includes a fixed attendance-based salary along with activity-based earnings and performance incentives. This is a full-time field sales role with growth opportunities and allowances as per company policy.
