Job Title: Lead Generation & Qualification Marketing Executive
Location: Surat
Department: Marketing & Sales
Reports to: Marketing Manager / Sales Head
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to join our marketing team to drive lead generation efforts. The role involves identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies, CRM tools, and lead nurturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute lead generation strategies through online and offline channels (email campaigns, social media, events, webinars, etc.).
Identify target audiences and build prospect lists using market research and databases.
Engage prospects through personalized outreach (email, phone calls, LinkedIn, etc.).
Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).
Maintain and update CRM with lead information, interactions, and status.
Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and support their follow-ups.
Track and report on lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with the content and digital marketing teams to optimize messaging.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and webinars to capture leads.
Continuously improve lead generation processes and suggest new approaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and email marketing platforms.
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
Ability to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B marketing or enterprise sales environment.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Basic understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and content marketing.
Key Metrics for Success:
Number of leads generated per month.
Lead qualification rate.
Conversion rate from lead to customer.
CRM data accuracy and reporting quality.
