Product: The latest model of a smartphone, called “X10.”

Sales CRM Flow:

  1. Lead Generation: For X10, the company generates leads using channels like social media, email marketing, and online advertisements.
  2. Lead Qualification: When a customer inquires about X10, the sales team starts the lead qualification process, asking questions to understand the customer’s needs and budget.
  3. Demo and Presentation: If the product fits the customer’s needs and budget, the sales team schedules a demo and presentation.
  4. Proposal and Negotiation: If the customer shows interest in X10, the sales team prepares a proposal and negotiates terms.
  5. Closing: Once the customer accepts the proposal, the sales team closes the deal and prepares the product for delivery.
  6. After-Sales Service: After delivery, the sales team stays in touch with the customer to provide support and meet additional needs.
