Job Description:

Balaji Textile is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to handle B2B sales within Surat. The role involves visiting textile-related businesses, wholesalers, traders, and retailers to promote our textile products and generate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit B2B clients such as textile traders, wholesalers, and retailers across Surat
• Promote and explain Balaji Textile’s product range to customers
• Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Follow up on orders, payments, and repeat sales
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates

Requirements:

• Experience in field sales or B2B sales preferred
• Experience in textile, fabric, garment, or yarn industry is an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within Surat
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or sales reporting

Salary & Incentives:

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 fixed salary per month
• Average incentives up to ₹10,000 per month (performance-based)
