Job Description
Xstone Studio is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our presence in the architect, interior designer, and builder community. The role involves on-ground client engagement, product presentations, and driving conversions through relationship building and effective sales pitching.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to introduce Xstone Studio products
- Present and demonstrate flexible stone veneer solutions in a compelling way
- Distribute product samples and explain features, applications, and benefits
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry
- Invite and bring potential clients to the showroom for deeper engagement
- Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into sales
- Maintain a daily log of meetings, leads, and sales progress
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and client servicing
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Preferred Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in face-to-face client interactions and presentations
- Basic understanding of sales process and customer handling
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
- Prior experience in field sales, building materials, interior, or construction industry is a plus
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools is preferred
