Job Description

Xstone Studio is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our presence in the architect, interior designer, and builder community. The role involves on-ground client engagement, product presentations, and driving conversions through relationship building and effective sales pitching.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visit architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to introduce Xstone Studio products
  • Present and demonstrate flexible stone veneer solutions in a compelling way
  • Distribute product samples and explain features, applications, and benefits
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry
  • Invite and bring potential clients to the showroom for deeper engagement
  • Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into sales
  • Maintain a daily log of meetings, leads, and sales progress
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and client servicing
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Preferred Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in face-to-face client interactions and presentations
  • Basic understanding of sales process and customer handling
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
  • Prior experience in field sales, building materials, interior, or construction industry is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools is preferred
