Job Title: Field Sales Executive (B2B Platform) – Justdial

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth on our B2B platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, establishing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential B2B clients in assigned territories.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Promote and demonstrate the benefits of Justdial’s B2B platform to prospective clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation preferred.
• A positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduation in any discipline.
• Prior experience in digital platforms or directory services is a plus.
