Field Operation/Purchase Executive:- Key Responsibilities

Collection & Coordination

Visit client locations, collect e-waste materials (computers, mobiles, electronics, etc.)

Coordinate with vendors, scrap dealers, and collection centers

Inventory & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of collected materials

Prepare collection receipts, gate passes, and update MIS

Logistics Management

Plan and manage transportation of e-waste to the recycling facility

Ensure safe handling and timely delivery

Compliance & Safety

Follow e-waste handling procedures as per government guidelines

Ensure use of protective gear and safety protocols during handling

Client Relationship

Build and maintain good relations with corporate clients and vendors

Address on-site queries and provide necessary information about services

Reporting

Provide daily/weekly reports to the operations manager

Update progress on collections and dispatches

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of e-waste materials

Ability to travel frequently (fieldwork)

Data entry skills (Excel, Google Sheets)

Problem-solving and coordination ability
