Job Description
- Day to day files socuring to the customer for marketing home loans and mortage loan
- The Field Executive will be responsible for sourcing home loan and mortgage loan customers through field activities, assisting clients with documentation, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate home loan and mortgage loan leads through field visits, referrals, builders, brokers, and direct sourcing
- Meet prospective customers at their homes/offices to explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility
- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, property papers, etc.)
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and bank/NBFC teams for loan processing
- Follow up with customers for additional documents and approvals
- Track loan application status and ensure timely sanction and disbursement
- Maintain daily field visit reports and MIS
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners
- Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets
