Job Description

Sign India is seeking a Field Sales Executive to lead on-ground sales operations, drive B2B client acquisition, and manage key accounts for signage, LED screens, and branding solutions. The role demands strong field presence, relationship management, and the ability to convert technical requirements into profitable business.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentGenerate new B2B leads through field visits, referrals, and market mapping
  • Pitch signage, LED screens, digital displays, and fabrication solutions
  • Handle complete sales cycle: inquiry → site visit → coordination → closure
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Client & Site ManagementConduct site surveys and understand client branding requirements
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
  • Act as single point of contact for clients during project execution
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, approvals, and payment collections
  • Market & Competition AnalysisTrack competitor activity, pricing, and new market trends
  • Identify upcoming projects, builders, retail chains, and franchises
  • Suggest new sales strategies based on market feedback
  • Team Coordination & ReportingGuide junior sales executives or coordinators if assigned
  • Maintain daily field reports, lead trackers, and CRM updates
  • Share weekly performance and pipeline reports with management
  • Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong B2B field sales experience
  • Knowledge of signage materials, LED screens, channel letters, fabrication
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to read drawings, layouts, and basic technical specs
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field work
  • Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools
  • Educational QualificationGraduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
  • Technical background in signage or advertising is a plus
