Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Education Books (Prober)

Pan Gujarat

Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to expand Prober’s book sales across Gujarat. The role involves school visits, business development, relationship management, and achieving SKU-wise sales targetswithin an assigned territory.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesVisit schools, coaching institutes, and educational centers within the assigned region.
  • Promote and sell Prober’s JEE/NEET MCQ book sets to schools and institutions.
  • Build strong relationships with principals, management, and faculty members.
  • Explain product benefits and convince schools to adopt Prober books.
  • Achieve SKU-wise sales targets for assigned Prober book sets.
  • Plan and execute follow-ups to ensure timely closures.
  • Manage and grow business within the assigned city cluster.
  • Travel regularly across cities/towns under the allocated territory.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and sales reports.
  • Eligibility & RequirementsGraduate in any stream (Education/Sales background preferred).
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience (education publishing or school sales is a plus).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned region.
  • Target-oriented mindset with ability to close deals independently.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools preferred.
  • Two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance applicable as per company policy).
