Field Sales Executive – Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and grow market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a convincing personality, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and visit potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers confidently.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update the CRM or reporting systems.
- Attend product trainings, sales meetings, and promotional events.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and provide excellent post-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a field sales executive or similar role (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (as per company requirement).
Preferred Attributes:
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (if field mobility required).
