Field Sales Executive – Job Description 


Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and grow market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a convincing personality, and the ability to work independently in the field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers confidently.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and update the CRM or reporting systems.
  • Attend product trainings, sales meetings, and promotional events.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into sales.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and provide excellent post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a field sales executive or similar role (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of sales reporting and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (as per company requirement).

  • Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (if field mobility required).
