Job Description
- Welding & Fabrication: Perform MIG/TIG/Arc welding; measure, mark, and prepare materials accurately.
- Measurement & Drawings: Expertly interpret blueprints; use calipers, micrometers, and gauges for precision.
- Parts Assembly: Lead complex machine sub-assemblies and main integrations with perfect alignment.
- Manpower Management: Create daily/weekly schedules, allocate tasks, and handle team performance.
- Quality Control: Inspect work for tolerances, perform rework, and solve technical fitting issues.
- Coordination: Liaise with PPC for materials/priorities; report progress to GM in meetings.
- Safety & Maintenance: Enforce PPE/safety standards; maintain tools and 5S workstations.
