Franchise Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Developer with 2–5 years of experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, expanding the brand’s franchise network, and managing the end-to-end franchise development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new franchise opportunities to expand the brand’s presence.
• Generate leads and approach potential franchise partners in targeted markets.
• Conduct market research to identify suitable locations for franchise outlets.
• Present franchise business models, investment details, and brand value to prospective partners.
• Handle franchise onboarding, documentation, and agreement processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) for smooth franchise setup and launch.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners and provide support when required.
• Monitor franchise performance and ensure brand standards are maintained.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to generate franchise leads.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, or Expansion roles within the Gems & Jewellery industry.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in developing franchise networks for jewellery brands.
• Strong network within the jewellery retail market.
• Ability to travel for business development and franchise meetings.
