Job Summary:We are looking for a smart, presentable, and proactive Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations, coordinate with architects and interior designers, and assist walk-in customers at our showroom.

• Key Responsibilities:Schedule and manage appointments with architects and interior designers
• Maintain regular follow-ups and relationship management
• Handle and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
• Guide customers by showcasing plywood, laminates, and hardware products
• Understand customer requirements and assist in product selection
• Maintain daily call records and follow-up data
• Coordinate with the internal sales team
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati / Basic English)
• Confident and presentable personality
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling)
• Strong customer handling and convincing skills
• Well-organized with good follow-up ability
• Qualifications:Minimum: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
• Salary:₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
• Working Hours:10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
