Job Descrption

• Granth Print Pack Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and dynamic General Manager who can manage daily operations, lead the team, and support the company’s growth. The candidate should be able to supervise staff, handle client meetings, and coordinate with management for strategy and planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the manufacturing team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Conduct training sessions for team members and support their performance improvement.
• Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally.
• Manage and maintain all operational data, reports, and documentation.
• Take regular follow-up from team members and ensure timely task completion.
• Work closely with the Owner/Management to discuss strategies, planning, and performance updates.
• Suggest improvements or changes in products and share new ideas for business growth.
• Be available for distributor meetings and support sales coordination whenever required.
• Identify and solve operational problems quickly and effectively.
• Ensure proper workflow, discipline, and time management in the department.
