Job Title:

Operations & At-Home Tailoring ExecutiveAbout TailorKartTailorKart is a premium custom clothing brand providing perfectly fitted garments through doorstep service. We operate in multiple cities while our main operations hub is based in Surat, where all orders are processed and managed.

We are looking for a responsible, multitasking professional who can manage backend operations in Surat and also attend customer home appointments when required.

Job Location: Surat (Operations Hub)

(Travel required for customer appointments)

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Operations (Primary Role – Surat Based)Manage and coordinate all incoming orders from different cities.
• Maintain order records, measurements, and fabric details.
• Coordinate with the tailoring/workshop team for smooth production.
• Ensure timely processing and dispatch of garments.
• Monitor trial feedback and alteration processes.
• Handle internal coordination between cities and management.
• Maintain quality control before final delivery.
• At-Home Appointments (Field Role)Visit customers’ homes for scheduled appointments.
• Showcase fabrics and explain customization options.
• Take accurate body measurements.
• Guide customers in selecting styles and fittings.
• Close orders professionally and ensure premium customer experience.
• Deliver garments and assist with trial fittings if required.
• Skills & RequirementsMinimum 3+ years experience in tailoring or garment measurements.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, fitting, and garment construction.
• Ability to handle operations and fieldwork efficiently.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Presentable, responsible, and self-managed personality.
• Comfortable with multitasking and coordination.
• Basic knowledge of order management (Excel/WhatsApp coordination).
• Two-wheeler preferred.
