Graphic Designer

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will develop brand assets, marketing collaterals, and engaging storytelling content across digital and offline platforms for all verticals under Unisync Group. The role ensures the brand maintains a strong, modern, and relatable identity for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

•Design creatives for campaigns, ads, websites, and app interfaces.

•Create video reels, motion graphics, and short-form content.

•Maintain visual brand guidelines across platforms.

•Work with the marketing team on storytelling campaigns.

•Support event branding (posters, banners, digital invites).

•Handle Key Social Media Platforms (Linked-In, Instagram, Facebook etc)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

•Quality and consistency of brand creatives.

•Engagement on visual content (likes, shares, saves).

•On-time delivery of campaign assets.

•Feedback score from internal stakeholders.

Hiring Requisites

•Education: Bachelor’s in Design, Fine Arts, Media, or related field.

•Experience: 1–3 years in graphic design / content creation (internship experience counts).

•Skills: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, Figma, Video Editing tools and any other Ai tools.
