Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative layouts for banners, brochures, visiting cards, packaging, signage, and digital media
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective visual concepts
• Prepare print-ready files (CMYK mode, correct dimensions, bleed, margins, resolution)
• Operate and manage printing machines such as digital printers, plotters, or laser machines
• Select appropriate materials (paper type, vinyl, etc.) based on project needs
• Ensure color accuracy and consistency across prints
• Perform quality checks before and after printing
• Handle basic finishing tasks like cutting, lamination, mounting, and binding
• Maintain records of designs and print jobs
• Troubleshoot minor issues in printing equipment

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW)
• Strong understanding of color modes (RGB vs CMYK) and print formats
• Knowledge of printing techniques and materials
• Attention to detail and creativity
• Basic machine handling and troubleshooting skills
• Time management and ability to handle multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Experience in a print studio or advertising agency
