Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory management
  • Supervise pickers, packers, and loaders to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Monitor and ensure accurate product picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Maintain proper inventory records and report discrepancies
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety guidelines
  • Coordinate with transport and logistics teams for timely shipments
  • Track and update order status, returns, and delivery issues
  • Handle returns (RTO/RTV) and ensure proper documentation
  • Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with supervisors
  • Resolve on-ground operational issues in real time
