Head Chef

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Vegetarian Cafe Chef for our quick service café. The chef should be able to prepare snacks, fast food, and beverages as per standard recipes while maintaining hygiene and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tea, coffee, cold coffee, milkshakes & beverages
• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, fries, puffs, noodles & snacks
• Maintain taste consistency & portion control
• Handle basic kitchen prep & frozen/packed items
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness & food hygiene
• Manage raw material usage & minimize wastage
• Coordinate with counter staff during peak hours

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of café / fast food cooking
• Ability to work fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of food safety & hygiene
• Team player with positive attitude
