We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our upcoming restaurant / café in Surat.
🔹 Position: Head Chef
🔹 Cuisine: Indian & Continental
🔹 Experience: 6–10 years (restaurant / café / hotel background)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Menu planning & standardization
• Kitchen operations & staff handling
• Food quality, taste & presentation
• Cost control & inventory management
• Hygiene & food safety compliance
🔹 Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Indian & Continental cuisine
