Job Overview

With the increasing number of patients, we are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily hospital operations. The ideal candidate will manage staff, handle patient complaints, coordinate housekeeping, monitor supply management, and ensure smooth functioning of the hospital while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all hospital operations including OPD, IPD, and support services
• Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other support departments
• Monitor inventory and manage medical and non-medical supplies
• Allocate tasks to staff and ensure adherence to schedules
• Maintain hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized hospital environment
• Generate operational reports and provide updates to management

Key Requirements

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare supervision preferred

Educational Qualification

• Graduate or Diploma in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Relevant field preferred

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Knowledge of hospital operations and protocols
• Ability to handle complaints professionally and calmly
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
