​Role Overview

​We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the end-to-end operations of our property in Ichhapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, focusing on maintaining high service standards, managing staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

​Key Responsibilities

​Daily Operations: Supervise front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

​Financial Oversight: Manage monthly budgets, track expenses, and ensure the property remains profitable.

​Compliance & Safety: Ensure the property meets all local health, safety, and licensing regulations.

​Vendor Management: Handle procurement and coordinate with external vendors for supplies and repairs.

​Inventory Control: Maintain strict control over room inventory and operational assets.

​Reporting: Provide weekly/monthly operational reports to the management/owner.

​Candidate Requirements

​Skills: Strong leadership, excellent local networking (Surat/Ichhapore area), and proficiency in property management software.

​Communication: Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English is preferred.

​Attributes: A hands-on leader who is comfortable working in an industrial/business hub environment.
