Job Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on HR experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing)
• Manage employee onboarding & exit process
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Handle attendance, payroll coordination & leave management
• Draft HR letters (Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Warning Letter, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Resolve employee queries and maintain workplace discipline
• Coordinate with management for HR planning and improvements
• Requirements:Qualification: MBA (HR) / BBA / B.Com (HR) or related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR role
• Communication: Good English & Hindi (Gujarati preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HR processes & documentation
• Basic knowledge of Payroll & Labour Laws
• Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills
