Job Description

Position :- Admin cum HR Executive

Department:- Administration & Human Resource

Reporting:- To Management

Location:- Surat


1. Role Purpose

The Admin cum HR Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations and efficient HR processes, including recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, and office coordination. The role will ensure discipline, proper reporting, and efficient workforce management.


2. Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Recruitment & Hiring

Expected Result: Positions are filled within defined timelines with suitable candidates.

Key Deliverables:

- Post job openings on job portals and social platforms.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.

- Maintain recruitment tracker.

KPI:

- Position closure time: within 7–15 days

- Minimum 5–10 qualified candidates per position

Attendance & Leave Management

Expected Result: Accurate and transparent attendance records maintained.

Key Deliverables:

- Maintain daily attendance records.

- Track employee leave and late coming.

- Submit attendance reports to management.

KPI:

- 100% accurate attendance records

- Monthly attendance report submitted before 3rd of every month

Employee Documentation & HR Records

Expected Result: Proper documentation for every employee.

Key Deliverables:

- Maintain employee files and HR records.

- Ensure proper documentation during joining.

- Maintain employee database.

KPI:

- 100% employee files updated

- Joining documentation completed on Day 1

Administrative Coordination

Expected Result: Smooth office operations and coordination across departments.

Key Deliverables:

- Office supplies management.

- Office Management

- Maintain office discipline and housekeeping.

KPI:

- No operational disruption due to administrative issues

- Monthly admin expense tracking report

Reporting & Documentation

Expected Result: Clear and structured reporting system implemented.

Key Deliverables:

- Maintain HR trackers (attendance, recruitment, employee records).

- Submit weekly HR reports to management.

- Maintain internal communication records.

KPI:

- Weekly HR report submission

- Updated HR dashboard

Employee Discipline & Compliance

Expected Result: Maintain workplace discipline and company policies.

Key Deliverables:

- Communicate HR policies to employees.

- Maintain warning notices and disciplinary records.

- Ensure employees follow company rules.

KPI:

- Proper documentation of employee warnings and policy compliance

4. Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree (HR / BBA / Management preferred)
