HR Admin Executive

We New Bharat Agency Tours & Travels are looking for an HR Admin Executive who has a minimum 01 to 02 Years of Experience.

Job Title: HR Admin Executive (Male)

Qualifications: Any Graduate in HR or Relevant filed

Experience: 01 to 02 Years

Location: Surat (Only Local Candidates)

Roles & Responsibilities:  

·      Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle.

·      Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual)

·      Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.

·      Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.

·      Monitor HR department’s budget.

·      leave management & Process Salary.

·      Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues.

·      Manage employees’ grievances.

·      Create and run referral bonus programs.

·      Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software.

·      Measure employee retention and turnover rates.

·      Oversee daily Administration operations of the HR department.

·      Organize company events and maintaining the social media accounts.
