💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Bonus: Annual performance bonus after 1 year
• Leaves: 2 paid medical leaves per month (non-carry-forward)
• Schedule:
• Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday (1 weekly off)

🌟 About the RoleI-GA Studio is looking for a Professional HR to join our dynamic team in Surat. You’ll collaborate on both Recruitment and admin work, and direct communcate with the Director.

• manage all the work of admin
• Basic Payroll
• Salary calculation
• Attendence record of staff

🧠 Skills & Requirement-

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR and Admin.
• Software Proficiency:
• Must: Excel
• Plus: Ms.word
• Education. BBA or MBA in HR and admin
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
