  • Main Responsibilities1. Recruitment & HiringJob portals, WhatsApp, Facebook, reference aur local market se candidate arrange karna
  • Candidate ko call karna aur interview schedule karna
  • Basic screening karna
  • Fresher aur experienced candidate ki shortlist banana
  • Interview record maintain karna
  • Joining aur offer confirmation karna
  • New employee ka joining form aur document collect karna
  • 2. Employee Attendance & LeaveDaily attendance maintain karna
  • Late coming, half day, absent ka record banana
  • Leave application approve/reject ke liye maintain karna
  • Monthly attendance report banana
  • Salary ke liye attendance final karna
  • 3. Employee File & DocumentationHar employee ki file banana
  • Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank details, photo, address proof maintain karna
  • Appointment letter, warning letter, increment letter aur experience letter banana
  • Employee resign kare to exit document maintain karna
  • 4. Salary & Payroll SupportSalary sheet prepare karna
  • Attendance aur leave ke hisaab se salary calculation support karna
  • Advance, deduction aur overtime ka record rakhna
  • Salary transfer list prepare karna
  • 5. Employee Discipline & Office RulesOffice timing aur rules follow karwana
  • Employee complaints sunna aur solve karna
  • Staff ke beech issue ho to coordinate karna

  • 6. Administration WorkOffice stationery, pantry, housekeeping aur maintenance manage karna
