Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Attracting: Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to find candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to evaluate skills.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand department staffing needs.
• Onboarding and Hiring: Facilitate the job offer process, handle background checks, and assist with onboarding new hires.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with HR software, ATS, and social sourcing tools.
