Job Description

Position OverviewThe HR Executive will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, ensuring smooth implementation of all HR policies, and supporting recruitment, employee lifecycle, compliance, and employee engagement. The role requires strong communication skills, a disciplined approach, and the ability to maintain healthy work culture and workforce productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for all departments.
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and meet hiring timelines.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct joining formalities and induction programs.

2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll

  • Coordination Monitor biometric/punching attendance daily.
  • Maintain leave records and ensure discipline in attendance.
  • Coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions, incentives).
  • Track field staff attendance and mobile app-based reporting.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism.
  • Conduct periodic employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain healthy communication between management and staff.
  • Support the HR Manager in culture-building initiatives.

4. Performance Management

  • Assist in monthly and quarterly performance evaluations.
  • Track KRAs of each department and ensure timely submission.
  • Maintain documentation of underperforming employees and follow PIP process.

5. HR Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain employee files (physical & digital).
  • Manage documentation of contracts, NDAs, and policy acknowledgements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports (hiring, attendance, performance, terminations, etc.).

6. Training & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
  • Track training attendance, feedback, and results.
  • Ensure new employees are fully trained on company products and SOPs.

7. Exit Process

  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare relieving documents.
  • Coordinate handover formalities with respective department heads.
  • Maintain data on attrition and reasons for exit.
