Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • End-to-end hiring for Sales, Development, Support and R&D, etc. teams.
  • Prepare job descriptions, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure smooth onboarding.

2. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Develop and maintain a positive work culture aligned with company values.
  • Plan team-building activities, rewards & recognition, and employee engagement programs.
  • Address employee queries and maintain harmony across teams.

3. Attendance, Policy & Compliance Management

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, discipline, and policy adherence.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documents, and ensure compliance with HR laws.
  • Execute onboarding & exit formalities.

4. Performance Management

  • Support creation of KRAs/KPIs for Sales, Development, and Support teams.
  • Track performance reviews, appraisals, and improvement plans (PIP).
  • Identify skill gaps and promote employee growth.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and arrange internal/external training sessions.
  • Maintain training calendars, progress reports, and skill-development plans.

6. Payroll & HR Operations

  • Manage monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, incentives).
  • Handle salary revisions, HR letters, documentation, and compliance paperwork.

7. HR Strategy & Process Improvement

  • Improve HR processes, systems, and communication channels.
  • Support leadership in creating structured frameworks for scaling the company.

8. Join Business Growth

  • Work closely with the company owner on business growth plans and ensure all departments are aligned with these goals.
  • Track and verify whether staff tasks are properly assigned, updated, and completed as per business objectives.
  • Help build a culture of accountability and goal-driven performance.

9. Other Work

  • Utilize free time to explore new innovations, workflow improvements, or productivity ideas that contribute to company growth.
  • Take responsibility for additional duties that may arise after joining, based on evolving company needs and responsibilities.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience (IT sector preferred).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and people-management skills.
  • Understanding of tech and non-tech hiring.
  • Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualities

  • Proactive, positive, and ownership-driven attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate with the Sales, Development, and Support/R&D teams.
  • Eagerness to contribute in strategic growth and new ideas.
