Screening the right talent for the position hiring and staffing as per requirement work follow up time management task management strategy planning and employee performance matrix check and evaluate candidate, calibrate employee , conflict management, daily reporting head, put up activity to maintain positive and motivated atmosphere in office.strtegically set targets for sales team as well as other staff for task complition and take followups from employee on routine work. you will have to travel to different branch as we have multiple businesses In udhna and sachin.it will not be only recruiting or payroll management but it ll be interesting wulti function work because we have multiple businesses like manufacturing, trading,retail stores and e-commerce.
