HR Executive

About the Company:

We are a reputed yarn manufacturing company committed to excellence and quality in the textile industry. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, and other applicable labor laws.
• Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain employee personal files/dossiers and HR databases.
• Manage onboarding and exit formalities for employees.
• Conduct factory visits and coordinate with site teams for HR operations.
• Track and maintain daily attendance and leave records.
• Draft professional emails, letters, and HR communications.
• Prepare HR reports and manage data efficiently using MS Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email drafting.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
