Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support
● Assist the recruitment team in managing the hiring pipeline for technical roles, including Security Analysts, Penetration Testers, and Developers.
● Screen resumes and conducts initial HR interviews for shortlisted candidates.
● Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and technical hiring managers.
● Support employer branding activities, especially focused on attracting cyber security talent.
2. Onboarding, Offboarding, and Documentation
● Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a secure and efficient introduction to the Company's tools and environment.
● Handle documentation meticulously, including the preparation of Employment Agreements and Service Bonds/NDAs.
● Ensure all new employees understand and acknowledge critical policies, including the Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) and Non-Disclosure agreements.
● Manage the offboarding process, focusing on the secure return of Company assets (equipment, access credentials, and confidential data) as mandated by the Asset Return Obligation.
3. HR Administration and Compliance
● Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data with a strong focus on data privacy and integrity.
● Assist in monitoring and tracking employee leave balances and attendance as per the Company's Leave Policy.
● Help ensure Company adherence to statutory requirements, including labor laws and the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Policy.
● Support the preparation of periodic HR reports for management.
4. Employee Relations and Engagement
● Act as the first point of contact for routine employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.
● Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal training sessions.
● Support the implementation of the performance management system.
III. Qualifications and Skills Essential
Qualifications
● Education: Graduate, Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Human Resources (HR).
● Min Experience: 0 to 1 year of professional experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
● Knowledge: Strong theoretical understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance.
Required Skills
● High Integrity and Confidentiality: Absolute necessity to handle sensitive employee data and confidential Information (including client data and technical reports) with discretion.
● Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to documentation and record-keeping.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical staff and management.
● Tech Savvy: Familiarity with HRIS tools (Human Resource Information Systems) and a strong interest in the cyber security industry.
● Compliance Mindset: Basic understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
