Job Title: Store HR Executive

Location: Surat

Reporting To: HR Head / Store Manager



Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR professional to manage the human resources function at our retail store. The Store HR will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, training, and day-to-day HR operations at the store level.


Key Responsibilities:


 Recruitment & Onboarding:

o Manage end-to-end recruitment for store-level positions.

o Conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.

 Attendance & Payroll Coordination:

o Maintain attendance records.

o Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.

 Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:

o Conduct regular employee engagement activities.

o Address employee grievances and escalate when necessary.

 Compliance & Documentation:

o Ensure all statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act) are met.

o Maintain updated employee records and documentation.

 Training & Development:

o Identify training needs and organize training programs for store staff.

o Ensure proper induction and skill development.

 HR Reporting:

o Prepare and submit HR-related MIS reports on a regular basis.



Requirements:



 Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.

 0-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail/store environment.

 Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
