Lead and build the HR function at a group level across all companies

Drive end-to-end recruitment and hiring strategies to support business growth

Build strong talent pipelines and ensure quality hiring across levels

Design, implement, and standardize HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks

Ensure all HR policies are aligned with business goals and statutory requirements

Manage end-to-end payroll including salary processing, deductions, and F&F settlements

Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.

Handle statutory filings, audits, and coordination with government authorities

Develop organization structures and support scaling of teams and operations

Implement performance management systems (KPI/KRA, appraisals)

Partner closely with promoters and business heads on strategic HR decisions

Drive a strong performance-driven and positive organizational culture

Oversee HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle, and documentation

Ensure high employee engagement, retention, and workplace productivity
