HR Manager

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive – Operations to manage day-to-day HR operational activities, ensure smooth execution of HR processes, and support employees and management in routine HR functions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.

* Maintain employee records, HR files, and HRMS data accurately.

* Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll coordination.

* Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and offer rollouts.

* Implement HR policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance.

* Coordinate performance management, confirmations, and probation reviews.

* Handle employee queries related to HR policies, salary, and benefits.

* Support statutory compliance and audits (PF, ESIC, etc.).

* Assist in engagement activities and internal HR communication.

*Requirements:*

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

* 1–5 years of experience in HR operations.

* Hands-on experience with HRMS, attendance, and payroll support.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

* Knowledge of basic labour laws is preferred.
