*1. Recruitment & Staffing*

* Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection

* Oversee onboarding, orientation, and workforce planning

*2. Employee Relations*

* Build and maintain a positive workplace environment

* Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions

* Promote effective communication between management and staff

*3. Performance Management*

* Implement performance appraisal systems

* Work with managers to set KPIs and track employee performance

* Provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans

*4. Training & Development*

* Identify training needs and create development plans

* Organize workshops, skill training, and leadership programs

* Support career progression and succession planning

*5. Compensation & Benefits*

* Manage payroll, salary structures, and benefits programs

* Ensure competitive and fair compensation systems

* Monitor employee attendance and leave management

*6. HR Policies & Compliance*

* Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and employee handbooks

* Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety, and statutory requirements

* Manage audits, documentation, and reporting

*7. Employee Engagement & Culture*

* Plan employee engagement activities and wellness programs

* Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to improve retention

* Drive initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.
