Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamicThe ideal candidate should be capable of managing and leading end-to-end HR operations and must have a proven

track record in HR strategy, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding

• Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees

Employee Relations

• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution

• Build a positive work culture and ensure employee satisfaction

HR Policy & Compliance

• Develop and implement HR policies in line with legal requirements

• Maintain compliance with labor laws, audits, and HR documentation

Performance Management

• Oversee appraisal cycles, goal setting, and feedback systems

• Support managers in identifying training and development needs

Payroll & Attendance

• Collaborate with accounts/finance for payroll inputs

• Manage attendance systems and leave records

Training & Development

• Organize in-house or external training programs

• Track employee skill development and growth plans

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Generate HR dashboards and MIS reports

• Analyze turnover, engagement, KRA and HR KPIs


Key Skills Required:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Leadership and team management ability

• Deep understanding of labor laws and HR compliance

• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools (Zoho, Keka, etc.)


Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• MBA is First preferred

• Certifications (e.g. SHRM, PHR) are an added advantage
