HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage bulk hiring, trade hiring, and replacement hiring

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Handle onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, exit formalities, and documentation

3. Performance Management & Productivity

Implement KPI systems for production and non-production roles

Assist in incentive planning and appraisal processes

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

Address employee grievances, discipline, and workplace concerns

Drive employee engagement activities to reduce attrition

Build positive work culture and trust with factory staff

5. Training & Development

Plan training for diamond skills, leadership, safety, and soft skills

Support career development and succession planning

6. HR Strategy & Cost Optimization

Support business leadership in manpower planning and cost control

Reduce attrition, improve retention, and optimize workforce efficiency

Key Skills & Requirements

Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Ability to manage hiring for skilled artisans and production teams

Strong reporting, HR analytics, and decision-making skills
