Job Description

Role Overview

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including

recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development,

compensation & benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures a positive workplace

culture and aligns HR strategies with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Management

 Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes

 Develop job descriptions and hiring strategies

 Coordinate onboarding and induction programs

2. Employee Relations

 Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances

 Promote a positive and inclusive work culture

 Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution

3. Performance Management

 Design and implement performance appraisal systems

 Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews

 Identify training and development needs 

4. Training & Development

 Plan and execute employee training programs

 Support leadership development initiatives

 Monitor training effectiveness and ROI

5. Compensation & Benefits

 Manage payroll coordination and employee benefits

 Conduct salary benchmarking and reviews

 Ensure fair and competitive compensation practices

6. HR Policies & Compliance

 Develop, implement, and update HR policies

 Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

 Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

7. HR Reporting & Analytics

 Prepare HR reports and dashboards

 Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and hiring efficiency 

Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

 Master’s degree / HR certification (preferred)

 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role

Key Competencies

 Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Leadership and people management abilities

 Problem-solving and decision-making skills

 Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office
