Job Description
Role Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including
recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development,
compensation & benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures a positive workplace
culture and aligns HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Management
Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
Develop job descriptions and hiring strategies
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
2. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
Promote a positive and inclusive work culture
Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
3. Performance Management
Design and implement performance appraisal systems
Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews
Identify training and development needs
4. Training & Development
Plan and execute employee training programs
Support leadership development initiatives
Monitor training effectiveness and ROI
5. Compensation & Benefits
Manage payroll coordination and employee benefits
Conduct salary benchmarking and reviews
Ensure fair and competitive compensation practices
6. HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, implement, and update HR policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
7. HR Reporting & Analytics
Prepare HR reports and dashboards
Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and hiring efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Master’s degree / HR certification (preferred)
5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Key Competencies
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and people management abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office
