Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for high-volume blue-collar roles in logistics
- Design training programs, performance management & succession planning
- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws (Shops Act, Contract Labour, POSH, TDS)
- Drive employee engagement, retention & conflict resolution for shift workers
- Develop HR policies, SOPs & analytics dashboards with operations teams
- Manage payroll, benefits & HRMS (Zoho/Tally) for efficiency
- Foster DEI culture via events (Diwali/Navratri) & communications
