• • Manage payroll, benefits administration, leaves, and ensure adherence to labor laws.

• • Handle appraisals, track performance, and facilitate training or development needs.
• Compliance & Documentation
• • Maintain accurate employee records, conduct audits, and ensure legal compliance.
• HR Operations & Metrics
• • Manage HRIS or record systems, track HR metrics, and report insights for process improvements.
• Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s in HR, Business, or related; MBA (HR) preferred.
• 3–5 years in HR generalist roles, ideally in small to mid-sized Indian firms.
