HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and support our growing workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity standards
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Promote employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs or recruitment events
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a recruiter, HR recruiter, or talent acquisition specialist
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Preferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for specialized or high-volume roles
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
• Experience with employer branding or campus recruitment
