Job Description
Manage complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates via job portals (Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and referrals.
Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist suitable profiles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates for interview attendance and joining.
Maintain hiring trackers and submit weekly reports to the Manager.
