Job Description
🧑‍💼 Job Title: HR Executive / HR & Admin Officer Company: Vastranand Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Surat, Gujarat (Head Office)
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Experience Level: 1–5 years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 / month (based on experience)

- đź§© Key Responsibilities
- 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Identify hiring needs for various departments (Design, Production, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.)
- Draft and post job descriptions on portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Shortlist resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with department heads.
- Conduct preliminary HR screening and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires.
- 2. Employee Engagement & Culture Organize internal events (festivals, birthdays, awards, CSR drives, etc.).
- Plan activities to boost employee morale and retention.
- Maintain transparent communication between management and employees.
- Build a positive, team-driven workplace culture aligned with company values.
- 3. Payroll & Attendance Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and overtime data.
- Coordinate with Accounts for salary processing and PF/ESI compliance.
- Manage HRMS software or manual registers for accuracy and timely updates.
- 4. Performance Management Support performance appraisal processes and KPI tracking.
- Maintain employee evaluation reports and growth plans.
- Assist in preparing promotion and increment proposals.
- 5. Compliance & Administration Handle HR documentation (offer letters, NDAs, relieving letters, etc.).
- Ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws.
- Oversee office administration tasks: housekeeping, visitor management, etc.
- Maintain confidential employee data and ensure privacy standards.
- 6. Training & Development Identify training needs and organize skill-development workshops.
- Coordinate with external trainers or internal departments.
- Maintain training logs and feedback reports.
- 🧠Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- 1–5 years of proven HR experience (Manufacturing or Fashion industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HR software tools.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and team orientation.
