Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates for various positions, especially in manufacturing and engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Manage offer letters, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Work closely with department managers to understand manpower requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with internship experience can apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing / engineering recruitment.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
