🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the company’s staffing requirements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates:

• Use job portals, social media, and references to find candidates
• Post job openings on platforms

Screening & Interviewing:

• Shortlist resumes based on job requirements
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

Coordination:

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates

Hiring Process:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Handle offer letter and joining formalities

Database Management:

• Maintain candidate records and reports

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate Mandatory
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply) 

🔹 Required Skills

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Convincing and negotiation skills
• Time management
