- Job Posting - online & offline and Scheduling Interview.
- Calling & Messaging candidates.Coordinating with candidates followup for interview.
- Escalate Interview as required with Head HR or CEO or MD.
- Confirm with candidate and update Head HR with Joining/Department/Salary details.
- Call candidate with confirmation details for trails & joining.
- Concern with CEO for seating for trails and update to Head HR.
- Employee related flyers - B DAY, ANNIVERSARY ETC uploading in groups.
- Keeping track with new employee.
- New System requirements coordinate with HR.
- 1 Year Commitment mandatory.
