We are looking for energetic and target-driven HR Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and candidate management across BFSI and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media & databases
• Screen profiles as per client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates & clients
• Manage joining, documentation & post-joining follow-ups
• Maintain candidate & client MIS / trackers
• Ensure quality hiring & retention focus
• Achieve monthly hiring targets

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate / MBA HR preferred
• Freshers & experienced recruiters both can apply
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Ability to work with targets & deadlines
• Knowledge of BFSI recruitment is an added advantage
